AGPContest - Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

AGPContest organizes this competition - Agorapode, available at www.agpcontest.com and www.instagram.com/agpcontest (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). Some contests may be organized in collaboration with sponsors, media outlets, or industry events. When applicable, specific details regarding these partnerships will be communicated in the contest announcement.

2. Eligibility to Participate

The competition is open to all individuals. Each participant must be the original creator of their submission. Collaborative works are allowed, but all contributors must be credited. AI-generated elements are also permitted, provided that their use is indicated and the creative process is described in the submission.

3. Competition Period

Each challenge starts at the beginning of the month with the theme announcement. The deadline for submissions varies for each edition and will be clearly stated on the official website and Instagram page. Participants are responsible for checking these sources for exact submission dates.

4. Task and Submission

The detailed terms of reference and specific submission requirements can be found on the Organizer's website and Instagram page. Participants must submit their entries through the website www.agpcontest.com.

Each submission must include at least one main board in 3840x2160px format, accepted in all common image formats. Optionally, a second and third board or a video (max. 30 MB) may also be submitted. Entrants must provide their full name and a brief description of their proposal and development process.

5. Evaluation Criteria and Jury

Entries will be judged by a jury based on the following criteria: Relevance to the Theme, Creativity, Design, and Execution. The jury consists of industry experts who are not employees of the Organizer. Information on the jury is available on the competition website and Instagram page.

6. Prizes

Not all challenges will offer prizes. When prizes are available, their details will be announced on the official competition website and Instagram page. Prizes may vary depending on the sponsor or partner of each contest. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. The organizer reserves the right to modify prizes if necessary, ensuring that any changes are communicated in advance.

7. Copyright and Rights of Use

The copyrights to the submitted works remain with the participants. By participating, entrants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use their submitted works for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on the official website, social media, and promotional materials. Proper credit will always be given to the author. The Organizer does not claim ownership of any submitted work.

Any other proposals for using a participant’s work will be discussed directly with the participant and will require a separate agreement.

Participants guarantee that their submissions do not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights. If any legal claims arise due to plagiarism or copyright violations, the participant assumes full responsibility, and the Organizer is not liable for any disputes or damages.

8. Authorization for Evaluation Videos (Optional)

In addition, you may allow your work to appear in short evaluation video clips, which may be posted on our channels (Instagram, website, and other social media pages).

9. Data Protection

Participants' data will be used exclusively for competition purposes and will only be shared with the jury upon explicit consent.

​

10. Exclusion of Liability

The Organizer is not liable for lost entries or technical errors during the submission or evaluation process.

11. Subject to Change

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the competition if necessary. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
